(WHITE COUNTY, IL) — A traffic collision in White County Friday evening sent three individuals to the hospital. According to the preliminary traffic crash investigative details, at approximately 6:05 p.m. Friday, the driver of the 2000 Ford Mustang was stopped at a stop sign on White County Road 2150N at the intersection with White County Road 100E, when the driver of the Dodge Caravan, Tasha Lynn Stewart, failed to stop and struck the Ford Mustang in the rear. Stewart and the passenger in each vehicle were transported from the crash scene by the White County Ambulance Service to area hospitals for injuries sustained in the traffic crash. The male driver of the Ford Mustang was not transported from the crash scene. ISP District 19 was assisted at the crash scene by the White County Ambulance Service and Don’s Bumper to Bumper Towing. Tasha Lynn Stewart was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
