Mount Vernon, IL – Crossroads Community Hospital is hosting a Career Fair on Thursday, March 17 from 6:30-8 p.m. at the hospital. Opportunities are available in the Emergency Department, Med/Surg Unit, OR, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Security, and in the Primary Care and Specialty Clinics. 

Diana Patton is the Human Resources Director at Crossroads. She says the culture and work environment at the hospital is something she strives to make inviting to potential new employees.

At the career fair, participants will be able to have one-on-one interviews with department leaders about open opportunities, take a virtual hospital tour, and ask staff questions about what it is like to work at Crossroads Community Hospital. Candidates in attendance will be considered for our immediate job openings.

“We have a great team at Crossroads. We truly are like family. As the Director of Med/Surg, I am looking for compassionate and caring nurses,” said Allison Reider, Crossroads Community Hospital Medical-Surgical Director.
