MT. VERNON, IL — On Monday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mt. Vernon Police Department reported the following arrests to WMIX/WDML News;

32-year-old Joseph Bruce of Bluford was arrested Friday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Leaving the Scene, and Reckless Driving.

31-year-old Brandon Jones of Mt. Vernon was arrested Friday by the Mt. Vernon Police Department for Manufacture/Delivery of Cocaine.

32-year-old Shaina Rodgers of Waltonville was arrested Saturday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance & Violation of Bail Bond.

27-year-old Mitchell Jarrell of Mt. Vernon was arrested Saturday by the JCSO for Aggravated Domestic Battery & Criminal Damage to Property.

43-year-old Melanie England of Mt. Vernon was arrested Saturday by the MVPD for Disorderly Conduct.

36-year-old Andrea Griffin of Mt. Vernon was arrested Sunday by the Mt. Vernon PD for Obstructing Identification & Violation of Bail Bond.

43-year-old Jesus Zavala of Del Rio, Texas was arrested Sunday by Mt. Vernon Police for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
