MT. VERNON, IL — On Thursday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mt. Vernon Police Department reported the following arrests to WMIX/WDML News;

57-year-old Larry Alli of Centralia was arrested Wednesday by the Mt. Vernon Police Department for Battery.

37-year-old Joevon Taylor of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Driving on a Suspended License, Being a Felon in Possession/Use of a Firearm with a Prior Conviction, Manufacture/Delivery of Cannabis, Possession of a Firearm with a Defaced Serial Number, and Resisting/Obstructing an Officer.

38-year-old Rita Lusch of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Violation of Bail Bond.
