VANDALIA, IL — A 24-year-old Ramsey man is free on $10,000 cash bond after he was charged last week in Fayette County Court with 10 counts possession of Child Pornography. Prosecutors claim Waylon M. Davis possessed pornographic photos in a computer image file of a child under the age of 13.

All the charges are Class 2 Felonies, which are punishable by 3 to 7 years in prison.

Bail for Davis had been set at $100,000 and on Wednesday he posted the required 10% cash to be released from the Fayette County Jail. He’s next scheduled to appear in court for a Preliminary Hearing on February 14th at 10am.
