FRANLKIN COUNTY, IL — A Mulkeytown man was sentenced Monday in Franklin County to a total of 60 years in state prison on multiple counts of child pornography and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

According to Franklin County State’s Attorney Abby Dinn, on Dec. 12, 2019, 53-year-old Kenneth Lee Holley was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse alleging that Holley committed acts of sexual penetration with two separate minors. On Dec. 13, 2019, Holley was charged in a separate case with five counts of child pornography and one additional count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse alleging that from 2013 to 2019, Holley filmed videos of minors while they were engaged in acts of sexual penetration and that Holley committed an act of sexual penetration with a third minor. On Feb. 21, 2020, a Grand Jury charged Holley with one additional count of child pornography and one additional count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

On April 8 of this year, Holley pleaded guilty to three counts of child pornography and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

On Monday, Holley was sentenced to 18 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on each of the three counts of child pornography to be serve consecutive to one another. Holley was also sentenced to 6 years in IDOC on each of the two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, to be served concurrent with one another but consecutive to the sentences on the child pornography counts. Holley was also ordered to pay restitution for counseling for the victims and a $2,000 fine for each count of child pornography. His sentenced in the IDOC will be followed by a three year term of mandatory supervised release.

The case was investigated by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department and prosecuted by State’s Attorney Abby Dinn.
