MT. VERNON — The City of Mt. Vernon has announced upcoming road work that may affect your commute. Weather permitting; a contractor will begin installing a new concrete road patch on S. Davidson Ave. south of Broadway (Route 15) on Tuesday.
This section of pavement will be partially closed until August 9th.
All traffic should follow detours for safe travel through the area. Any large truck traffic coming from the south is encouraged to use Wells Bypass rather than S. Davidson Ave.
