State Climatologist Office: Cooler than normal temps anticipated for July

ILLINOIS (RFD) — The chances for an extremely hot July and August don’t look good. That assessment from Dr. David Kristovich with the Illinois State Climatologist’s office in Champaign.

Most of Illinois should see dry weather for much of this week. Warmer temperatures are also anticipated for this weekend with much of the state seeing 90’s on Saturday and Sunday.
