NASHVILLE, IL — The 2019 Maifest, sponsored by the Nashville Lions Club, is this weekend.  Good music, youth baseball as well as adult softball, and some great food will be on-hand at this year’s event.

The softball tournament begins Friday. Softball chairman Gary Malawy says a special team will be featured at this year’s tournament.

Maifest also hosts an 18-team youth baseball tournament that runs the entire weekend, using the 2 smaller diamonds.

The Lions Club will once again provide great food and drinks this weekend. Food Chairman Harry Easly says the menu is similar to year’s past.

The Maifest takes place at the Nashville Park.
