MT. VERNON — The United Way of South Central, Illinois is set to host their “Stuff The Bus Bash” at the GenFed Financial building in Mt. Vernon on Friday, July 27th from 11am-3pm. The event helps provide school supplies for students in Jefferson County.

Wellen says United Way plans to bring this same event to all the counties they serve.

United Way not only serves Jefferson and Marion County; but they represent Washington, Wayne, Wabash, Hamilton, and Franklin counties as well.
