(BENTON, IL) — A West Frankfort man was formally charged Tuesday by the Franklin County State’s Attorney’s office with residential burglary and two counts of felony theft. State’s Attorney Evan Owens says 36-year-old Kenny J. Lee allegedly remained within a dwelling place in Christopher with the intent to commit a theft. The Christopher Police Department is investigating this case. Lee is being held in the Franklin County Jail. His bail is set at $75,000.
