MARION, Ill. (AP) — The body of a missing 22-year-old Murphysboro woman has been found by hunters in a southern Illinois national wildlife refuge. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office says that Jeannie Schuur’s body was found Thursday on land in the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge. Family members reported her missing on Monday after she was last seen two days earlier walking away from a friend’s home. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday. The county’s Major Case Squad has been activated to investigate Schuur’s death.
