(INA, IL) — You still have time to register for Spring classes at Rend Lake College in Ina. Officials say walk-in registration continues through Friday, Jan. 16 with extended hours. The Academic Advisement Center is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday for the remaining week. Students can also attend Super Saturday from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday to register for classes, test, pick up textbooks, and much more. No appointments are necessary for walk-in registration, though students are advised to arrive by 8 a.m. or after 3 p.m. for the shortest waiting periods. Testing times have also been set for 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., though more will be scheduled if the need arises. While on campus, students can also take a photo for their student ID, visit the bookstore, and speak with the financial aid office. Students should make sure they have financial aid for the spring semester before registering for classes. Those who do not have financial aid will need to self-pay that day or sign up for the FACTS Payment Plan in the business office to ensure they remain enrolled.
