(West Frankfort, IL) — Several West Frankfort landlords may have to pay a fine. December 31st was the last day to register property and sign up for an inspection to avoid a penalty. That could lead to landlords facing a 100 dollar fine. The bill went into effect in 2012 with a two year hold before being enforced.
