(Johnson City, IL) — A former firefighter in Johnson City says he’s not guilty of sexually assaulting a minor. Seventy-year-old Davis Mallory made the plea in court yesterday. He was arrested back on December 2nd and faces several charges, including predatory criminal sexual assault on a child younger than 13. He’s already registered as a sex offender. He admitted to two counts of sexual abuse with a minor back in 2005. Mallory’s case is set to go to trial next month.
