Brian Alvis will be talking about his book Bootlegger on Sept. 28 at 6:30PM. His presentation will cover the book and the local history behind the book. He will also cover the process that went into making it. Come and meet the characters from the book.

KNITTING AND CROCHET WORKSHOP
Patrons who have taken a beginning class of crochet and/or knitting are welcome. Patrons who know how to crochet and knit are also welcome. This group is not for beginners. Patrons must have a C.E Brehm Adult card in good standing. They will meet the first Tuesday of the month from 2-4 PM. Patrons must sign up to attend. Please call 242-6322, ext. 2, to register.
THE LIBRARY IS GOING FINE FREE
No more fines at the library. You just need to return your books or other library materials. Lost or damaged items will still need to be paid for. You cannot check out materials while you have overdue items. We cannot waive fines imposed by other libraries.
