The Washington County Historical Society proudly presents the 1925 Nashville High School Time Capsule Exhibit on August 10th beginning at 1:00 until 4:00 PM at the Washington County Historical Society Museum at 326 S. Kaskaskia Street in Nashville. There will also be an exhibit displayed of the Time Capsule from the Circa 1871 Nashville Grade School and High School. Both Time Capsules contained many interesting historical documents and artifacts collected when these schools were built. In addition to the time capsules, the Underground Mine Exhibit located in the lower level of the Museum will be open for tours. Mining enthusiasts will appreciate the large collection of mining memorabilia, photos, historical articles, and collections. Our L&N Depot and the McKelvey One Room School House will also be open for tours. We hope to see you there.
