(East St Louis , IL) — East St. Louis Police say they have found a missing five-year-old girl and she’s safe with relatives. But her mother, Tylesha Tracy, is still being sought. The young girl Roxyana Lutz and her mother were reported missing by the East St. Louis Call For Help Transitional Center. The pair was last seen Christmas Eve.
