(East St. Louis , IL) — The East St. Louis Police Department is looking for a missing mother and daughter. The pair have not been seen since Christmas Eve. Police say 22-year-old Tylisha Tracy and five-year-old Roxyana Kutz didn’t come back to the Call For Help Transitional Living Center after their pass expired.
