(GOREVILLE, IL) — A Goreville woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Williamson County.  Illinois State Police say the crash happened around 7:50 a.m. on Illinois 37 at Pulleys Mill Road.  According to the accident report, 27-year-old Dustin A. Ramsey of Cobden and 34-year-old Michelle D. Montgomery were both driving north on Illinois 37, approaching the intersection of Pulleys Mill Road, when Ramsey failed to see that Montgomery had stopped to wait to turn onto Pulleys Mill Road and struck the rear of her car. The car was towed from the scene. Montgomery suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Ramsey along with two passengers in Montgomery’s car, were not hurt. Ramsey was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
