(St. Clair County, IL)  —  A St. Clair County judge could face criminal charges.  St. Clair County Circuit Court Judge Ron Duebbert is being accused of harboring a violent offender who is on parole.  That person is now facing first degree murder.  Duebbert has been assigned to administrative duties.
