(WEST FRANKFORT, IL) — Illinois Department of Transportation announces that on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, beginning at 7:00 a.m., a Union Pacific Railroad Work Crew will be making repairs to the Railroad Crossing on IL 149 (E. Main St.) east of IL 37 in downtown West Frankfort. The repairs are expected to be completed by 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 12th.Motorists are encouraged to use the marked detour as no traffic will be permitted through the work zone for the duration of the repair.
