(Alton, IL)  —  The community is paying homage to the St. Louis County police officer who was killed in the line of duty.  Officer Blake Snyder was shot and killed on October 6th in South County.  Last night, hundreds of people gathered at the Alton High School football stadium for a candlelight vigil in his honor.
