HARRISBURG — The Harrisburg School District has re-released a survey regarding sending students back to school this fall.
In a Facebook post, Harrisburg superintendent Mike Gauch says the survey was reposted because the situation has changed regarded COVID-19 cases in the area since it was last posted. He is asking parents to take the survey again with their current thoughts.
The Illinois State Board of Education released an over 100 page document to schools across the state Thursday evening with more guidance about schools opening this fall. Gauch says in accordance with the ISBE and the survey, the district and school board will do its best to make the right decisions for the community for school this fall.
You can find the survey at the district’s website or on their mobile app.
