HAMILTON COUNTY — The Hamilton County State’s Attorney’s office recently charged two people with failure to register as a sex offender – a Class 3 felony.

Hamilton County State’s Attorney Justin Hood says Michael L. Jackson has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Thursday, May 16 at 9 a.m. Daniel E. Kirsch has a first appearance scheduled for Thursday, June 6 at 9 a.m.

Hood says the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department was doing sex offender registration checks and handling the cases.
