(SALEM, IL) — The Salem Police Department is investigating a burglary over the weekend of the Verizon Wireless store on West Whittaker Street. According to reports, the burglary was discovered Saturday morning when employees arrived to open for the store for the day and found the front door damaged. Several phones were reported stolen. Police say they have no suspects at this time.
