(SANDOVAL, IL) — Sandoval police arrested a 36-year-old man over the weekend on suspicion of sexually abusing a girl under the age of 17. Kenneth Ward was arrested Saturday night after police received a complaint about an alleged incident involving Ward and a young girl. He was taken to the Marion County jail, where he is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim between the ages of 13 and 17.
