MARION COUNTY — A Marion County jury trial enters its second day, so Sheriff Kevin Cripps is again advising the public that cell phones will not be allowed in the Marion County Courthouse.

The defense case of a 45-year-old Centralia man on a DUI charge is expected to start today at 9 a.m., with the case being handed over to the jury for deliberation later today.

Sheriff Cripps asks anyone visiting the courthouse today to leave their cell phone in their vehicle.
