JEFFERSON COUNTY, IL — A 45-year-old Texico man was arrested Monday night after Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Devil’s Prop involving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputies made contact with Michael Glenn Jr, the sole occupant of the vehicle, and arrested him on an active Jefferson County warrant charging Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.

Reports say further investigation determined Glenn was also in possession of methamphetamine and drug equipment. He was arrested and taken to the Jefferson County Jail, where he was booked on the $20,000 felony warrant and with bond to be set for the felony possession of between 5 and 15 grams of methamphetamine offense.

He was also charged with 4 counts of possession of drug equipment.
