ILLINOIS (RFD) — What’s in play for the February weather outlook in Illinois?

State Climatologist Trent Ford says so far in January, Illinois temps are running anywhere from two to eight degrees below normal and many parts of the state are experiencing “precipitation deficits” for the month.
