Especially at this time, with all of our communities facing significant issues due to the effects of COVID-19, now is the best time to work as one body for the benefit of all 1,296 municipalities in Illinois and I am honored to be elected again to serve in this statewide role for the benefit of my community and the state as a whole.” The IML is the statewide organization representing all communities throughout Illinois. Founded in 1913, IML has worked continuously for the benefit of all 1,296 municipalities in Illinois to provide a formal voice on matters involving common interests at both the state and national level.
