MT. VERNON, IL — On Monday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mt. Vernon Police Department reported the following arrest(s) to WMIX/WDML News;

36-year-old Gared Angus of Waltonville was arrested Friday by the Mt. Vernon Police Department for Driving While Never Issued a License, Being a Felon in Possession/Use of a Weapon/Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of a Vehicle.

52-year-old Scott Welch of Bonnie was arrested Saturday by Ina Police for Violation of Bail Bond.

23-year-old Dakota Boyd of Mt. Vernon was arrested Sunday by the MVPD for Direct Criminal Contempt.

57-year-old Gina Curl of Mt. Vernon was arrested Sunday by the Mt. Vernon PD for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia & Possession of Meth.
