MARION COUNTY, IL — A 50-year-old Centralia man was sentenced Tuesday in Marion County Court to four years in prison after he pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender in two separate charges.

Sean Meredith was sentenced in each case to four years in prison but the sentences will be served concurrently and will be followed by one year supervised release.

Meredith was given credit for time served in the Marion County Jail
