CENTRALIA, IL — A 33-year-old Centralia woman was charged Tuesday in Marion County Court with felony criminal damage to property stemming from her arrest Monday night when Centralia police reported finding her inside a home she said was given to her by God. Bail was set at $35,000 for Michelle Ratcliff who was additionally charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Officers reportedly discovered Ratcliff inside the home in the 800 block of South Hickory when they responded to a report of a burglary in progress.
