MT. VERNON, IL — On Thursday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mt. Vernon Police Department reported the following arrest(s) to WMIX/WDML News;

32-year-old Chelsea Joyce of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday by the Mt. Vernon Police Department on an Out of State Warrant.

27-year-old Ciriaco Diaz of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday by the MVPD for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.

19-year-old Charles Donoho of Bluford was arrested Wednesday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Battery.
