Harry E. Clary, 74, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 1:48 am January 17, 2021 at Carmi Manor Rehab and Nursing Home in Carmi, Illinois. He was born December 5, 1946 in Mount Vernon to the late R. and Nadine (Harlow) Clary.
