ILLINOIS (RFD) — We’re over a month into winter and much of Illinois has yet to be impacted by a long stretch of bitter cold temperatures. But DTN Chief Agriculture Meteorologist Byrce Anderson says that will happen, likely later this month.

Anderson says most of Illinois will see dry conditions through this first half of January.
