Jerry W. Helpingstine

Jerry W. Helpingstine, 62, of Ina, passed away January 1, 2021, at his home. He was born November 8, 1958, in Mt. Vernon, the son of Laverne Helpingstine and Ilma (Riley) Brown.         He worked as a floral designer for many years.

He is survived by his mother, Ilma Brown of Mt. Vernon; Brothers, Rickey Helpingstine of Benton, Twin Brother Tyson Holladay and Matthew Wellman of Princeton, West Virginia, and Ronald Brown and wife Janie of Loami, Illinois; Sisters, Debra Phillips and husband Tony of Mt. Vernon, and Trina Young of Mt. Vernon; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Laverne Helpingstine; Grandparents, Bernice and Lester Riley and Ralph and Irene Helpingstine; Dad, Edward Brown; and one nephew.

A Graveside Funeral Service for Mr. Helpingstine will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Panther Fork Cemetery, with Rev. John Ashby officiating. Burial will follow at Panther Fork Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to Osborn Funeral Home, to assist with funeral expenses, and may be mailed to the Osborn Funeral Home, P.O.
