MT. VERNON, IL — Mt. Vernon will welcome a new company to the west side of the city. Pike Systems, Inc. (Pike Systems) announced it has opened a new location inside the old Mt. Vernon Neon building.
Tony Iriti is the Executive Director of the Jefferson County Development Corporation who worked closely with the city, King City Property Brokers, and Pike Systems to bring the distribution hub and learning center to town. He says this new location will create some jobs for the area but more than that, it will be a direct influence on the city’s economy.
Pike Systems carries a full line of commercial and institutional cleaning products as well as personal protective equipment (PPEs), serving education, healthcare and industrial sectors with a focus on servicing schools, hospitals & clinics, hotels, manufacturers, and professional cleaning contractors.
A welcome ceremony for Pike Systems will be held at the Muni West Atrium Tuesday, December 15th, at 10am.
