MT. VERNON, IL — On Monday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrest(s) to WMIX/WDML News:

35-year-old William Wolf of Mt. Vernon was arrested by the Mt. Vernon Police Department Friday for Retail Theft.

36-year-old Justin Russell of Bonnie was arrested Friday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Damage to Property.

63-year-old Melvin Taylor of Mt. Vernon was arrested Friday by the MVPD for Armed Robbery, Armed Violence, and Home Invasion.

39-year-old Jessica Phillipi of Mt. Vernon was arrested Saturday by Mt. Vernon Police for Violation of Bail Bond.

39-year-old Yvonne Hamilton of Mt. Vernon was arrested Sunday by Jefferson County Sherriff’s for Possession of a Firearm with no valid FOID and Resisting/Obstructing an Officer.

36-year-old Justin Hamilton of Mt. Vernon was arrested Sunday by the MVPD for Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer and Being a Felon in Possession/Use of a Weapon/Firearm.

41-year-old Joshua Bell of McLeansboro was arrested Sunday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Escaping from the Department of Corrections, Exploiting the Elderly, Possession of Meth, and Possession of Meth Manufacturing Materials
