MT. VERNON, IL — The Greater Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce will host a Women’s Leadership Conference on Saturday, September 19th at Kingdom Seed Ministries in Mt. Vernon. Event Facilitator Tammie Henry is an accomplished consultant specializing in supporting individuals and groups in becoming collaborative as well as self-directed. She says although the featured speakers will present via video, the message and discussion after will motivate just as if the speakers were live.
There will be 3 featured speakers at the event. Elaine Welteroth is an award-winning journalist and former Editor-In-Chief of Teen Vogue. Deshauna Barber is a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve and was Miss USA in 2016. And last but not least, Francesa Gino, who is a Researcher and Professor at Harvard Business School.
