MT. VERNON, IL — The Greater Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce will host a Women’s Leadership Conference on Saturday, September 19th at Kingdom Seed Ministries in Mt. Vernon.
The event runs from 8:30am-3pm and the deadline to register is September 4th. You can pre-register for $65 at 618-242-5725 and save $10.
Executive Director of the chamber, Mike Beard says they are excited for this conference to finally happen.
There will be 3 featured speakers at the event. Elaine Welteroth is an award-winning journalist and former Editor-In-Chief of Teen Vogue. Deshauna Barber is a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve and was Miss USA in 2016. And last but not least, Francesa Gino, who is a Researcher and Professor at Harvard Business School.
