COVID-19 numbers tick up in state, what does that mean for bars & restaurants?

ILLINOIS (RFD) — Illinois’s COVID-19 case numbers are on a small rise over the past few weeks and test positivity rates are also increasing. As those numbers tick higher does that mean that Illinois is going to take a step back in terms of “openness”?

Governor JB Pritzker says if closing bars and in person dining is needed to slow the spread of COVID-19 he won’t hesitate – but for now the state is remaining in Phase 4.

707 new coronavirus cases were reported in Illinois on Tuesday.
