MT. VERNON, IL — On Tuesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX/WDML News:

All arrests below occurred Monday, July 6th, 2020.

48-year-old Michael Wheeler of Mt. Vernon was arrested for Criminal Damage to State Supported Property while in custody at the JCJC.

46-year-old Joseph Westbrook of Tamms was arrested for Overweight on Axle.

20-year-old Austin Dockins of Bluford was arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff’s for Violation of Bail Bond.

31-year-old Nicholas White of Mt. Vernon was arrested by MVPD for Driving on a Suspended License and Possession of Meth.

22-year-old Gabriel Tolka of Mt. Vernon was arrested by JCSO for Aggravated Battery Causing Great Bodily Harm, Armed Robbery with a Firearm, Armed Violence, and Home Invasion.

30-year-old Jamie Roberts of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police for Delivery of Heroin between 1-15 grams.

38-year-old Christal Copple of Mt. Vernon was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Meth.
