MT. VERNON, IL — Are there such things as Beneficial Insects? The U of I Extension Office will host a monthly ‘Lunch and Learn’ with their Master Gardener’s acting as hosts to answer those as well as any other questions through the rest of the year.

Program Coordinator Christina Lueking says the virtual chat will be on the second Tuesday of each month for gardening enthusiasts, or those just starting their gardening adventures.

Lunch and Learn gardening chats are from noon to 1 p.m. and can be accessed by computer or phone. Each month features a different educational gardening topic.
