MT. VERNON — On Monday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

31-year-old Antonique Wheeler of Mt. Olive, MS was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Friday for retail theft less than $300.

43-year-old Jason Gutierrez of Springdale, AR was arrested Friday on an out of state warrant.

30-year-old Jorge Gonzalez of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Friday for domestic battery.

22-year-old Jose Cotto-Gonzalez of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Friday for domestic battery and resisting / obstructing a peace officer.

32-year-old Desiree Huston of Mt. Vernon was arrested Saturday for aggravated battery to a peace officer, criminal damage to property less than $300, criminal trespass to vehicles, and disorderly conduct.

31-year-old Felicia Rush of Broughton was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Sunday for DUI-drug and possession of meth less than five grams.
