MT. VERNON — On Tuesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

18-year-old Bryce Hanes of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Monday for battery.

28-year-old Jakob Jones of Carlyle was arrested Monday for aggravated fleeing police 21+ mph over speed limit, driving while license revoked, possession of a stolen vehicle, reckless driving, and speeding 40+ mph over the speed limit.

38-year-old Laura Dennis of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Monday for domestic battery.
