ELDORADO — With the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, the U.S. Census Bureau is still doing everything it can to conduct the census taken every ten years. And the count is vitally important for all levels of government.
Eldorado mayor Rocky James says the count is crucial for tax dollars coming back to the city.
James understands residents’ hesitation to give information to the government, but he says all you are doing by not participating in the census is hurting yourself, your friends, and your community around you.
