MT. VERNON — On Monday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

35-year-old Jessy Ledbetter of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Friday for two counts of retail theft less than $300, and retail theft greater than $300.

28-year-old Shelly Ryan of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Sunday for aggravated battery or harm to an officer, doctor, or DHS, criminal trespass to land, retail theft less than $300, and resisting or obstructing an officer.
