SALEM/FLORA, IL — North American Lighting announced Friday its Equipment Plant delivered the first batch of 3D printed face shields to local health care personnel in Illinois and will continue production to meet ongoing needs in local communities.

Team members responded to the shortage of proper health care personal protective equipment (PPE) by putting a production plan together to fabricate and assemble face shields for personnel combating the COVID-19 pandemic.

To date, NAL has supplied face shields to Clay County Hospital in Flora, as well as Salem Hospital and Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital.
